At RIHOAS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your RIHOAS account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
